Positive Community Care Ltd has been operating as a registered care home since 1997. The home was established due to the increased need for smaller specialised care units within the community.
Over the years we have developed a solid reputation for providing a high standard of care for adults with a variety of mental health, physical and learning impairments.
Based within the diverse London Borough of Ealing all of our homes provide warm and tranquil environments for the rehabilitation of our service users.
