Our supported living unit at 166 Petts Hill provides a resource for five adults aged between 18 – 70 years. The purpose of the unit is to focus on the needs of each individual, working in partnership with the Local Authority, Individual’s families and the local community ensuring Residents wellbeing is paramount.

The home offers a ‘Person Centred Approach’ to care. Offering emotional stability in an environment that people can identify with, building on their own skills, which will enable them to live independently.

This home was established to provide a step down from residential care for individuals that are ready for further independence. We work closely with the local community stakeholders to provide employment, education and training opportunities to make our residents lives as happy and meaningful as possible.

Positive Community Care also offers support through various activities such peer support groups, counselling and role playing.

PCC Recovery Care provides a high quality care service to customers who need assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. Our holistic approach to care recognises the individuality of each person, and care programmes are designed to put you in control whilst fitting in with your preferred lifestyle.
