Stephen Watson – Chief Executive Officer

Stephen is one of the co-founders and Directors of Positive Community Care; he has been a key figure in executing the growth of PCC and his solid business acumen has made him the ideal person to oversee this.

Stephen began his career within a management accountant capacity for multinational companies such as Mercedes Benz, and Legal and General. He is also the co-founder and coach of charity football club Petts Hill United FC. Over the last ten years, Stephen has implemented fitness and sports programmes for people with disabilities and has been an active campaigner for sports within healthcare.

Charmaine Watson Mattis – Chief Operating Officer

Charmaine is one of the co-founders and Directors of PCC Recovery Care, her immense experience and knowledge of the care sector has prepared her greatly for PCC’s rapid growth.

Charmaine’s career began as a registered nurse for a large London teaching hospital as well as various other NHS and private hospitals. Having also worked for a number of residential care homes where she was instrumental in the development of quality service, planning and implementing personalised care for service users, Charmaine has been able to withhold the same standards and values within her own homes.

Jodian Clarke – Managing Director

Jodian is the Managing Director of PCC Recovery Care and has had over 13 years of experience working within the health care sector. Jodian’s knowledge of the industry is extensive and has allowed her to become a conducive and imperative figure in the implementation of business and strategic development within the company, as well as in maintaining and building the executive team.

Jodian’s qualifications also encompass her masters in marketing management; and her grasp of the business sector and PCC, through her previous role as head of marketing, places her in a unique position to steer the company in order to fulfil the PCC vision.

Ian Nicholson- Finance Director, FCCA

Ian’s background covers over 15 years of experience within the financial sector; he is a qualified Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has worked in senior executive roles for global and national companies such as Facelift and MBA Polymers. Ian plays a pivotal role in sustaining the growth of PCC as well as identifying new opportunities for the company.

Nur Culleton, BSc- Quality and Assurance Monitor

Nur’s extensive experience working within CQC and as an independent care quality consultant, she works with PCC to ensure compliance with authoritative bodies such as CQC.

Schnell Smith, BA, MA – Learning and Development Consultant

Schell (of Insight 360 Consultancy) supports the company with management support and guides PCC in monitoring and transcending its organisational performance.
